Description
• Work with a dynamic team in the HEOR space • Lead research studies to improve healthcare outcomes • Manage evidence generation activities across healthcare stakeholders • Implement research plans and manage project teams • Handle project budgets, timelines, and client communications • Develop analysis plans and perform qualitative data collection
Requirements
• 6-8 years of experience, at least one in a consulting environment • Master’s degree in health services research or related field • Proficiency in qualitative research methods • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational and time management skills • Willingness to learn and share knowledge • Awareness of financial performance on projects • Ability to mentor and ensure positive team dynamic • Established record of peer-reviewed publications and presentations
