• Provide leadership and oversight for various Premier Pharmacy Compounding Services • Conduct onsite evaluations of 503B outsourcing facilities • Develop and maintain stability study program • Develop compounding training and educational resources • Oversee finances and tracking of program performance
Requirements
• 7 or more years of experience • Bachelor’s degree • Healthcare management • Public speaking • Business analytics • Pharmacy compounding experience (sterile, nonsterile, hazardous drugs) • Evaluating 503B outsourcing facilities • Hospital and health-systems education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Master’s degree
