• The Managing Director's primary responsibility is to grow revenue by selling new and additional Press Ganey solutions to our existing enterprise health system clients and targeted prospects. • This role will also be responsible for leading the overall client strategy for assigned clients in partnership with Client Success and Advisory. • The role will be accountable for retention by securing long term renewals of existing contracts.
• 5-10 years of account management or sales experience ideally focused on enterprise health system clients. • Understanding of the unique opportunities and challenges within Health Care. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening, and presentations skills. • Solid working knowledge of strategic planning, execution of strategy, business development and sales. • Demonstrated solid leadership qualities and organizational skills. • Must be results driven. • Strong relationship building skills.
