Description

• Engage with both new and existing business clients, presenting them with innovative and flexible offshoring solutions. • Fuel business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities, guiding prospects through the sales process, and nurturing long-term client relationships. • Efficiently manage the sales pipeline by qualifying leads, creating opportunities, and advancing deals. • Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals that address client needs. • Establish and nurture strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional customer service. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process and successful service delivery. • Consistently meet and surpass established sales targets and objectives through strategic planning and execution. • Engage with leads and conduct meetings to explore and develop new business opportunities. • Skillfully negotiate with and coordinate high-value clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to enhance business value and foster growth.

Requirements

• Hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree. • Demonstrated track record of success in business development or sales, particularly within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and key stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities. • A results-oriented mindset with a relentless drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for managing customer relationships and tracking progress. • Extensive network within social and business circles, enhancing outreach and lead generation efforts. • Proven ability to multitask, self-manage, and consistently deliver an outstanding customer experience.
