β€’ Responsible for identifying, securing and qualifying sales leads in the healthcare industry β€’ Building relationships with potential and onboarding customers, and driving revenue growth for our software products β€’ Provide strategic support as new customers progress through the onboarding process β€’ Work closely with marketing and development teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets β€’ Identify, generate and nurture leads, educate them about OnusOne, and facilitate product demonstrations β€’ Comfortable with both cold calling and presenting demos on video calls to potential customers

Requirements

β€’ Degree in PT, OT, or Speech Therapy β€’ Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in the rehab industry preferred β€’ 2+ years of successful sales experience, ideally in a B2B setting, with demonstrated ability to drive results and build client relationships. β€’ Advanced knowledge of effective billing/coding practices β€’ Experience in establishing and optimizing sales processes, with a proactive approach to support team and company growth in a scaling environment. β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with prospects in the healthcare industry at all levels β€’ Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding objective goals in the healthcare industry β€’ Experience with CRM software and/or EMR software β€’ Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team β€’ Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing market and product needs in the healthcare industry β€’ Interest in healthcare software sales and a passion for learning and growing in this field
