β’ The Asset Protection Division of Protective Life Corporation has been providing F&I solutions for the automotive industry since 1962. β’ The Regional Sales Director is responsible for the oversight and directing a network of independent insurance agents to drive sales growth of our specialty product portfolio. β’ This includes acquisition of new customer accounts, maintaining and developing existing specialty dealer relationships, and servicing current agent partnerships. β’ Drive sales growth by acquiring new business and cultivating new agency relationships. β’ Work with agents to develop and execute strategy for sales revenue growth through additional sale of products to existing clients. β’ Build and maintain relationships with senior level personnel within customer accounts. β’ Conducts financial reviews with executive ownership of all dealership groups within their region. β’ Utilize CRM to actively track and analyze sales leads and customer interactions to enhance business relationships with customers and drive sales growth.
β’ Must possess strong leadership abilities, including managing and motivating a team β’ Strong focus on customer service, which includes excellent listening skills, verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills β’ Must have a proven track record of developing sales results in an assigned territory. β’ Possess an organized approach in problem solving ability β’ Must have own vehicle with a good driving record β’ Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time by air or car
