Description

• Build, maintain and nurture effective professional relationships with enterprise clients • Consult with clients to architect and produce strategies, assets, and solutions • Understand client ecosystem, offer solution recommendations, resolve problems and follow up • Serve as primary channel of communication between the client and Prowess Consulting • Responsible for internal project and program tracking, monitoring, and regular reporting • Makes recommendations for process and sales effectiveness improvements • Work with Prowess sales exec to scope and estimate new project/program work

Requirements

• Minimum three years' experience in account, program management or business development role • Experience selling solutions around managed programs, BPO, compliance, tools automation and development and testing • Must have experience with both hunting new clients and maintaining relationships • Bring a book of business or warm leads • Experience selling services around account-based marketing and content marketing • Exceptional oral and written communication skills • Strong basic computer skills in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel and Word) • Bachelor’s Degree and a graduate degree are strongly desired • Experience with Microsoft and Amazon in agency environment is a plus
