β€’ We're seeking a UK-based Business Development Manager to drive our growth strategy and enhance our client relationships. β€’ The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the integration/iPaaS space, particularly in positioning consulting services and offerings alongside key SaaS vendors and delivery partners. β€’ This role is well-suited to someone transitioning from an Engagement or Programme Management position who wants to focus on Business Development while leveraging their delivery experience to establish credibility with potential and existing clients. β€’ Collaborating with the Leadership team, you will align strategies to target key markets and industries with tailored proposals, based on a deep understanding of our company's capabilities and offerings.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in the integration/iPaaS space in a client-facing role. β€’ Strong understanding of market dynamics, business strategy, and client relationship management. β€’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills, with a focus on building long-term partnerships. β€’ Ability to develop detailed business proposals, present technical and financial data, and operate within company parameters to secure business deals. β€’ Proficiency in CRM software, including managing targets, margins, and forecasting. β€’ Ability to leverage tools and reporting to demonstrate progress and articulate business needs to win new opportunities. β€’ Good understanding of competitive integration product capabilities and offerings. β€’ Strong knowledge of MuleSoft product capabilities, with the ability to articulate technical solutions and present them to clients.
