• As an Account Executive at Qualifyze, will be responsible for generating new business and logos. • Collaborating closely with the Account Management team for successful handover to customers. • Run outreach campaigns using a combination of phone, email, and social touches. • Manage a 360-degree sales cycle including pipeline creation and keeping a clean CRM. • Build strong relationships with prospects to ensure successful closing and onboarding. • Close collaboration with market-specific teams to ensure customer satisfaction. • Acquire expert knowledge of the auditing industry and Qualifyze.
• Candidates are required to be located in India(Bangladesh) to be considered for this role. • Excellent English and Hindi skills, ideally also other Indian languages. • Proven track record as account executive, customer success, or a related sales role, ideally within B2B or Life Sciences industries. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with clients at all levels. • Proficiency in using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and managing pipelines. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively. • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. • A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and driving results. • Nice to have: Experience in the pharma industry or knowledge of quality compliance and auditing processes.
