Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field • Minimum of 4 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on selling AI-powered CX & Support SaaS Solutions or related products • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment • In-depth knowledge of AI technology, its applications in customer experience, and support operations, as well as a strong understanding of the CX industry landscape • Excellent business acumen with the ability to understand complex client requirements and propose effective SaaS solutions • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities, with a demonstrated ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools • Travel required
