Description

β€’ As a Business Development Manager I, you will be primarily responsible for the development of and growth of Key Accounts, new customer prospection and single point sales in a specified region, while being application focused. β€’ Acts as the liaison between the company and our Key Customers. β€’ Complete ownership of sales process in region from trade show coverage, lead generation and qualification, positioning of product, evaluation of sales opportunity, customer procurement, and post-sales support. β€’ Define and execute a sales strategy to meet sales and margin targets. β€’ Manage Key Accounts from sales through receivables as assigned by sales management. β€’ Provide accurate opportunity and territory forecast based on both prospect pipeline and market analysis.

Requirements

β€’ B.S. or higher in physical science, Engineering or Lasers/Electro-Optics with 5+ years of professional customer support and/or sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. β€’ Ability to create strong, long-lasting relationships with high-value clients. β€’ Exceeds in learning new technologies and a strong affinity for presenting this technology clearly and succinctly to customers and colleagues. β€’ Excellent documentation and note-taking skills. β€’ The drive and ability to work on their own and part of a team. β€’ Able to obtain a passport.
