• Bachelor's degree in a related field of study • Strong project management skills, organizational skills and high attention to detail • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills • 7+ years of experience in managing enterprise customer relationships • You take a solutions-focused collaborative approach to issues facing the team; both internally and externally • You are eager to be coached and share stories of success and failure with your peers to lift each other up. • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding individual retention and expansion goals • As Travel Restrictions Lift: Ability to travel 30-40% of the time, approximately twice per month, for client and company commitments
