• Create trusted, long-term relationships with healthcare clients • Advocate on behalf of clients’ needs and objectives • Lead quarterly continuous improvement cycles and optimize clients’ digital properties • Develop strategic proposals based on data, research, and priorities • Participate in sales and marketing activities providing industry expertise
• 5+ years of experience with account management in an agency environment AND/OR in a strategic management role within a health system • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Strong analytical, leadership, and facilitation skills • Able to confidently present and propose solutions to the team & clients • A persuasive, confident approach to projects and client relationships • Ability to respond to and mitigate issues with internal teams and clients • Keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints • Ability to draft complex statement of work and SLA contracts • Experience reporting on client KPIs and working with CRM tools • Experience with website implementation and development, system integrations, and online marketing strategies and tools • Experience managing multiple large-scale website and digital marketing projects at a time • Able to understand technical jargon and communicate with both technical and non-technical team members • Experience working with content management systems
