• Create trusted, long-term relationships with accounts through strategic roadmapping, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement. • Advocate on behalf of our clients’ needs and objectives with our project teams and client-side decision makers. • Act as the main strategic and relationship point of contact for your client portfolio. • Work closely with clients to plan and implement a digital roadmap aligned with business goals. • Proactively identify and act on opportunities for the client. • Address client challenges in an effective and timely manner. • Collaborate with practice leads, product managers, and marketing & optimization. • Lead quarterly continuous improvement cycles to optimize clients’ digital properties. • Be responsible for client retention, developing cross-selling opportunities. • Stay abreast of industry and competitor trends. • Develop strategic proposals for clients based upon data, research, and priorities.
• 5+ years of experience with account management in an agency environment AND/OR in a strategic management role within a health system • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Strong analytical, leadership, and facilitation skills • Able to confidently present and propose solutions to the team & clients • A persuasive, confident approach to projects and client relationships • Ability to respond to and mitigate issues with internal teams and clients • Keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints • Ability to draft complex statement of work and SLA contracts • Experience reporting on client KPIs and working with CRM tools • Experience with website implementation and development, system integrations, and online marketing strategies and tools • Experience managing multiple large-scale website and digital marketing projects at a time • Able to understand technical jargon and communicate with both technical and non-technical team members • Experience working with content management systems
