📋 Description

• Corporate Responsibility Manager at Cencora leads ESG data strategy and management. • Collaborates with Compliance and IT to create a single source of truth. • Develops channels for data acquisition with business partners. • Guides technical teams in system implementations. • Establishes data governance standards for quality and integrity. • Transforms ESG data into actionable insights for sales enablement. • Conducts training on ESG data governance and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Five (5) or more years of experience in data management or data governance, especially in sustainability or ESG contexts. • Proven expertise in collaborating with Compliance and IT for data systems development. • Strong ability to manage cross-functional relationships and lead projects. • Demonstrated interest or expertise in ESG/sustainability. • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills. • Excellent communication skills, with strong analytical abilities. • Collaborative team player capable of building relationships at all levels. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new technology tools. • Ability to travel up to 10%.
