Description
• Under general direction, maintain Salesforce.com configuration and customizations • Provide expertise in Salesforce.com application administration • Collaborate with leadership to create product development roadmaps • Manage best practices for data handling and user support
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required • Five or more years of experience with SFDC administration and development • Three or more years of web development experience with .NET, Java or similar technology • Salesforce.com Administrator certification required • Experience in ERP software like Centrina (FinancialForce) • Extensive knowledge of Apex triggers and Apex Batch • Proficient in data management and experience with Data Loader • Strong team player with customer service-oriented attitude
