Description

β€’ responsible for providing support to users of BI web portals β€’ answering hotline calls and responding to email requests β€’ registration verification, user activation, and training regarding website navigation β€’ serving as a key resource for supporting website users β€’ monitoring website mail boxes β€’ generating and distributing monthly activity reports β€’ delivering excellent customer service β€’ performing data QC and UAT β€’ tracking performance of report run times β€’ contributing to the development and updates of SOPs and scripts β€’ suggesting site enhancements and process improvements β€’ performing related duties as assigned

Requirements

β€’ A combination of experience and education β€’ less than two (2) years of related experience β€’ Excellent customer service orientation β€’ professional communication skills β€’ Ability to understand and respond to user issues β€’ Knowledge of healthcare data privacy and HIPAA compliance requirements a plus β€’ Good analytical and problem solving skills β€’ Ability to troubleshoot issues β€’ Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines β€’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
