Description

• responsible for providing support to users of BI web portals • answering hotline calls and responding to email requests • registration verification, user activation, and training regarding website navigation • serving as a key resource for supporting website users • monitoring website mail boxes • generating and distributing monthly activity reports • delivering excellent customer service • performing data QC and UAT • tracking performance of report run times • contributing to the development and updates of SOPs and scripts • suggesting site enhancements and process improvements • performing related duties as assigned

Requirements

• A combination of experience and education • less than two (2) years of related experience • Excellent customer service orientation • professional communication skills • Ability to understand and respond to user issues • Knowledge of healthcare data privacy and HIPAA compliance requirements a plus • Good analytical and problem solving skills • Ability to troubleshoot issues • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
