• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic partnership opportunities to support our growth objectives and market expansion within the blockchain industry. • Develop and nurture relationships with key partners, including blockchain platforms, technology firms, consulting firms, and industry associations. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and marketing, to align partnership strategies with business objectives and blockchain trends. • Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and terms to ensure mutual benefit and strategic alignment within the blockchain space. • Drive business development efforts through partnerships, exploring new markets, use cases, and client segments within the blockchain and digital asset ecosystem. • Monitor partnership performance metrics, analyse trends, and implement optimisation strategies to maximise outcomes in the blockchain industry. • Stay informed about blockchain technology trends, regulatory developments, and emerging partnership models relevant to digital asset security. • Represent us at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build relationships and explore partnership opportunities within the blockchain community. • Lead and mentor a high-performing partnerships team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation in the context of blockchain technology.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships within the fintech, blockchain industry. • Someone who is a strategic thinker, with the ability to translate partnership opportunities into actionable business plans. • Someone with a strong network of contacts within the blockchain and fintech ecosystems, including blockchain platforms & financial institutions. • Must be based in the UK.
