β’ We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Sales Executive to sell our data solutions. β’ This role is responsible for building pipelines, uncovering new opportunities, negotiating financial terms, and managing the sales process for complex multi-measure energy and efficiency projects. β’ This externally facing role requires working internally to drive transactions from the initial lead phase through closing. β’ You will sell Redaptive's unique data solution, Redaptive One, to large enterprises and REITS. β’ Redaptive ONE provides real-time access to electricity, gas, and water usage data, enabling sustainability reporting and performance analysis. β’ You must have a demonstrable track record of success selling SaaS, consulting or energy solutions to large enterprise customers.
β’ Experience developing a sales pipeline and developing account plans. β’ Strong understanding and ability to articulate financial solutions. β’ Superb probing and listening skills to identify customer needs and understand objections. β’ Excellent presentation skills β’ Demonstrate ability to convey value propositions to C-Level executives. β’ Success in managing a complex pipeline and a sales commit. β’ Proven closer who navigates transactions and drives them to execution. β’ Relationship management and rapport building. β’ Resourceful and comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial environment. β’ Excellent PowerPoint skills, along with strong quantitative analysis and Excel skills. β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. β’ Experience with SFDC. β’ Have an ergonomically correct and functional work-from-home workstation set up.
