• 7+ years of sales development experience with 2+ years of leadership experience directly managing a SDR team within the healthcare / health-tech industry • Leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and manage SDRs which includes experience in coaching and developing team members and ensuring consistent performance. • Performance management skills including ability to set goals, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions to drive sales. • Sales strategy and execution that requires an understanding of the sales development process and pipeline management. • Has technical skills in using CRM tools to manage team needs, understand reports and analytics to drive best practices.
