Description

β€’ Manage and develop the existing sales team. β€’ Oversee sales pipelines and assist with accurate forecasting. β€’ Optimize reporting frameworks, ensuring timely updates to leadership. β€’ Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and strategies. β€’ Develop and execute strategies to build relationships with large enterprises and MSSPs. β€’ Lead negotiations and contracts with new partners, alliances, and key enterprise customers. β€’ Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts. β€’ Partner with product and engineering teams to relay customer and partner feedback.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, business development, or strategic partnerships, preferably in SaaS, cybersecurity, or IT services. β€’ Proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams and delivering against ambitious revenue targets. β€’ Demonstrated experience building and scaling enterprise-level partnerships and alliances, particularly within large enterprises and MSSPs. β€’ Strong understanding of cybersecurity, SecOps, or related sectors. β€’ Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. β€’ Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM tools (HubSpot).
