Description

• Responsible for managing and driving sales growth for HVAC and Commercial Refrigeration • Develop and sustain a Territory Sales Plan • Create and drive execution of new growth opportunities • Monitor market trends and competitor activities • Lead successful customer contract negotiations • Create and strengthen strategic relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of relevant experience • 3 + years industry sales experience • Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • High level of personal initiative and ownership of results • Strong computer skills – Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams) • Ability to work independently and remotely • Must reside in territory
