Description

β€’ Responsible for customer retention and satisfaction within an assigned base of accounts related to ComplyHub and US Food business β€’ Work to build strong relationships with customers and ensure they are satisfied β€’ Play a critical role in driving company's commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences β€’ Regularly interact with ComplyHub and Complete Compliance customers β€’ Maintain ongoing relationships with customers and ensure retention of their business β€’ Implement policies and procedures to ensure high customer satisfaction β€’ Work closely with cross-functional teams to assist in closing upsell/cross sell opportunities β€’ Champion process optimization and ensure compliance with established processes and procedures β€’ Engage with resources to ensure service level agreements attainment and delivery of high-quality results β€’ Support projects for new technology insertion and integration.

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in customer relationship management, project management, and team leadership β€’ Track record of success in sales and/or account management roles β€’ Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment, with effective multitasking skills β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Familiarity with configuration and change management processes is a plus
