β€’ Leading new sales generation, developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. β€’ Navigate complex organizational structures and identify executive sponsors and champions. β€’ Understand the business objectives of your customers and perform a value-driven sales cycle. β€’ Collaborate with internal partners to move deals forward and ensure customer success. β€’ You will consistently deliver ARR revenue targets and drive success. β€’ Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities and deliver repeatable and predictable bookings. β€’ Provide timely and insightful input back to other corporate functions. β€’ Create ROI and business justification reports based off of a data driven approach. β€’ Run tight POCs based off of business success criteria. β€’ Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to better identify new business opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven track record of Sourcing and closing six and seven-figure new logo deals within a given territory. β€’ Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - preferred but not required. β€’ Experience: 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales with $1M+ quota and top performer track record. β€’ Previous experience building relationships and selling face to face to C-level executives. β€’ Knowledge of generative AI and a familiarity with large language models (LLMs). β€’ Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud based software solutions. β€’ Previous experience working with teammates including SEs, executives & engineers. β€’ Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and using sales methodologies is a plus. β€’ Excellent English, and fluency in Spanish. β€’ Strong communications and interpersonal skills. β€’ Excellent organizational and time management skills. β€’ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in diverse teams. β€’ A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a passion for learning. β€’ Strong research skills and ability to identify decision-makers. β€’ Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., pipedrive, sales navigator) and lead generation tools. β€’ Ability to learn, pitch and demo a technical product, and to adapt in a fast-growing environment. β€’ Effective, repeatable methods for uncovering opportunities and building out a new territory.
