β’ Proven track record of Sourcing and closing six and seven-figure new logo deals within a given territory. β’ Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - preferred but not required. β’ Experience: 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales with $1M+ quota and top performer track record. β’ Previous experience building relationships and selling face to face to C-level executives. β’ Knowledge of generative AI and a familiarity with large language models (LLMs). β’ Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud based software solutions. β’ Previous experience working with teammates including SEs, executives & engineers. β’ Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and using sales methodologies is a plus. β’ Excellent English, and fluency in Spanish. β’ Strong communications and interpersonal skills. β’ Excellent organizational and time management skills. β’ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in diverse teams. β’ A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a passion for learning. β’ Strong research skills and ability to identify decision-makers. β’ Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., pipedrive, sales navigator) and lead generation tools. β’ Ability to learn, pitch and demo a technical product, and to adapt in a fast-growing environment. β’ Effective, repeatable methods for uncovering opportunities and building out a new territory.
