Description

•Prospecting for US-based sales opportunities within the telco, network engineering, and construction industries, with the goal of converting Marketing Qualified Leads to live opportunities; •Management of sales pipeline activity via our CRM, Hubspot; •Delivering against sales targets and metrics; •Development of Render case studies to aid pitch development in partnership with the Business Development Manager; •Confident management of negotiations and contracts with identified key decision-makers; •Delivering against quarterly financial and non-financial metrics and other variable key performance requirements; •Ensuring client satisfaction at all touchpoints of the sales process, with a focus on pre and post-sales support and effective communication with the Network Delivery team to drive customer success during implementation; •Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business requirements and communicate network capabilities and concepts; •Management of key industry and customer relationships; •Champion Render’s Digital Network Construction approach across North America with passion and belief in our technology capability when communicating with clients and at trade shows and conferences; •Represent Render at conferences and events and participate as a thought leader in marketing efforts as required.

Requirements

•Demonstrated senior sales experience in the network engineering and construction segments of the telecommunications and wireless industries with trusted, long-standing relationships in the US market; •Proven background as a strong sales performer in the industry in which we operate with the ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets; •An understanding of GIS technology and how it is and can be applied in network design, construction and operations environments; •Is excited about the positive impact technology can have on traditional construction approaches; •Is driven by providing exceptional customer experience and providing solutions and products that drive efficiency for our customers; •Proven ability to communicate with influence executive-level stakeholders; •The drive to work at pace in high-growth environments, and has strong analytical, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
