AppKit enables smooth wallet integrations, login options, and on-chain transactions, while WalletKit focuses on securing and simplifying wallet connections to thousands of apps, supporting both EVM and non-EVM blockchains. • Backed by $25 million in funding from some of the world’s best crypto and infrastructure investors such as Union Square Ventures, 1kx, Shopify, Coinbase Ventures, Circle Ventures, and Uniswap Labs, Reown is a global, remote-first team that values openness, simplicity, innovation, and ownership. • We are now looking for a web3 native VP Business Development to join our leadership team reporting into our CEO, Jess Houlgrave. You'll be at the forefront of shaping the adoption of Web3 technologies, leading our global efforts to expand our footprint across wallets, apps, enterprises, and partners. Your leadership will define how we bring our cutting-edge SDKs to the next 100 million crypto users, empowering developers worldwide to create exceptional experiences. • We have team members working worldwide. We leverage agile methodologies to move quickly and stay focused. Communication is vital to us, and we rely heavily on Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, and Telegram to help us stay in sync. This role will ultimately build out our global sales and partnerships team and work very closely with marketing, product and developer relations.

Requirements

• Proven track record of building a strong Sales / GTM engine. • Demonstrated experience in building creative strategic partnerships to open new business opportunities. • Be the trusted partner for our largest app developers helping to identify their future needs and partnering with our product teams to help them identify opportunities. • Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including wallets, SDKs, dApps, and the developer experience in crypto technologies and experience selling technical products to a technical audience. • Experience with a broad customer base given Reown’s self-serve offering to developers up to enterprise sales motions for executive audiences/clients in web2. • Proven network of relationships with decision-makers in crypto, including infrastructure providers, blockchain foundations, and leading app developers. • Demonstrated experience in building, managing, and mentoring high-performing global teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. • Up to date on the latest trends and growth areas in crypto - an avid user of crypto apps. • Ability to travel as needed to industry events, company offsites and to spend time with key partners.
