Requirements

β€’ Extensive experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management within the CDMO industry β€’ Deep experience in contract negotiations and complex business models β€’ Demonstrated success navigating intricate legal, financial, and regulatory considerations within biopharma β€’ Experience in Biologics, Gene Therapy, Cell Therapy, and Vaccine development β€’ Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring teams β€’ Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills β€’ Strong project management and organizational skills β€’ Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time β€’ Proven ability to build strategic relationships in the pharma and biotech industries β€’ Expertise in CRM systems with a focus on data-driven decision making β€’ Comprehensive understanding of the biologics manufacturing landscape
