Description

• Lead strategy and decision-making for the Client Success team • Guide client onboardings • Oversee client relationships for all RI Client Services clients • Ensure client expectations are met and exceeded • Manage project plans to ensure satisfaction of clients • Identify client needs and translate those needs into plans for delivery • Ensure deliverables and scorecards are delivered accurately and on time • Track KPIs, budgets, and improvements across all programs • Coordinate communications with Clients and Project Managers • Track and ensure deadlines are met • Conduct quarterly client satisfaction assessments • Allocate resources for initiatives • Facilitate internal resources to deliver results • Manage transition plans into and out of Client Services • Identify and implement process improvements • Serve as client-facing contact for support performance remediations • Support senior staff with presentations and proposals • Develop direct reports through training and management • Manage costs and budgets

Requirements

• 3+ years of client relationship handling including escalation handling • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or transition management • 2+ years of experience in supervision or peer mentoring • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory. • Demonstrated ability to build, track, and implement project plans • Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.
