β€’ Lead strategy and decision-making for the Client Success team β€’ Guide client onboardings β€’ Oversee client relationships for all RI Client Services clients β€’ Ensure client expectations are met and exceeded β€’ Manage project plans to ensure satisfaction of clients β€’ Identify client needs and translate those needs into plans for delivery β€’ Ensure deliverables and scorecards are delivered accurately and on time β€’ Track KPIs, budgets, and improvements across all programs β€’ Coordinate communications with Clients and Project Managers β€’ Track and ensure deadlines are met β€’ Conduct quarterly client satisfaction assessments β€’ Allocate resources for initiatives β€’ Facilitate internal resources to deliver results β€’ Manage transition plans into and out of Client Services β€’ Identify and implement process improvements β€’ Serve as client-facing contact for support performance remediations β€’ Support senior staff with presentations and proposals β€’ Develop direct reports through training and management β€’ Manage costs and budgets

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of client relationship handling including escalation handling β€’ 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or transition management β€’ 2+ years of experience in supervision or peer mentoring β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory. β€’ Demonstrated ability to build, track, and implement project plans β€’ Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.
