Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience • 5+ years of proven Sales experience, preferably in the human capital management (HCM) industry • Knowledge of restaurant operations and technology preferred • Ability to analyze the needs of a client and provide strategic business solutions for successful outcomes • Highly motivated and results-oriented • Experience with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management (CRM) software • Strong presentation skills • Excellent and concise verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to adapt to and follow a sales process • Ability to negotiate and problem-solve • Organization and time management skills • Enthusiasm, confidence, initiative, and passion • Advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
