Requirements

• Delivering on and meeting sales revenue and commercial activity • Working with your sales Manager to develop and execute a strategic plan that supports business growth • Contacting existing and potential customers directly by phone or via email to evaluate and qualify leads and generate opportunities • Generating and issuing quotes for standard products and services and answering questions on product pricing • Driving lead conversion, marketing campaign ROI, and prospecting to discover new sales opportunities • Answering phone calls, emails, and online chat from customers who have requested a sales contact; be the first response to customers and routing to other teams when necessary • Acting as a consult in sales approach to ensure customer satisfaction and driving cross-selling within territory • Partnering with Marketing, Product Management, and Field Sales teams to coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and other lead generation activities • Growing product expertise to provide customers with the best solution, based on requirements • Maintaining an accurate forecast and pipeline of sales and orders with our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
