•Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive with a robust book of business and extensive knowledge of minor cannabinoids. •Key Responsibilities: Exceed Sales Targets and achieve monthly and annual sales goals within assigned territories. •Strategic Growth: Develop and implement growth strategies to expand our customer base and market presence. •Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs to offer tailored solutions. •Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide valuable insights to clients and the company. •Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction. •Travel Commitment: Willingness to travel for training, client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as required.

Requirements

•Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the cannabinoid industry. •Industry Connections: Established book of business with strong relationships in the cannabinoid sector. •Expert Knowledge: Deep understanding of minor cannabinoids (CBD, CBG, Delta 8, etc.) and their applications. •B2B Experience: Experience selling ingredients or raw materials to manufacturers of finished goods. •Exceptional Skills: Superior communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities at all decision-making levels. •Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with high performance expectations. •Cultural Fit: Align with our 'business hippie' culture—professional yet laid-back, flexible, and community-oriented.
