Description

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Salesperson to join our team, focusing on selling services to clients that have invested in Microsoft platforms. • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft’s suite of products and services, along with a proven track record in enterprise sales. • Further, Rightpoint expects that this salesperson has a strong understanding of employee experience strategy and driving complex, multistakeholder engagements with IT and Human Resources organizations. • This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills, capable of driving business growth through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the services sector • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Technologies, including Copilot, Azure, Office 365, Viva, the Power Platform, and related services • Understanding of Microsoft as a company, and what drives their different roles to leverage services partners • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events • Preferred Qualifications • Advanced degree or certifications in Microsoft Technologies • Experience working with enterprise clients in various industries • Deep network of connections at Microsoft • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
