โ€ข The position of Renewal Sales Account Representative is a client-facing position that is part of the Global Sales Team focusing on annual renewals for current RSI clients for the EMEA Region. โ€ข The Renewal Sales Account Representative will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate and positive renewal outcomes against a plan target. โ€ข The position calls for the ability to articulate the RSI Support Model and Value Proposition to our clients to attain the highest retention rates possible. โ€ข The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to meet/exceed quotas. Must have a passion for winning.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

โ€ข 7+ years sales experience with software and/or support sales and delivery โ€ข Capability to build and nurture client relationships โ€ข Excellent time management and communications skills โ€ข Ability to harvest important information on future plans from conversations with clients โ€ข Ability to upsell annual renewals into multi-year agreements, using the client incentives provided โ€ข Proficiency with computer applications, such as Windows, Salesforce.com, Excel, Word, PowerPoint โ€ข Must be articulate and have strong writing skills. โ€ข Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities are also required โ€ข Able to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple critical priorities โ€ข Ability to Forecast accurately โ€ข Must be motivated, goal oriented and able to work independently โ€ข Requires the ability to acquire an understanding of the general functions of other divisions and their role in assisting with Renewals
