• The Vice President of Growth will be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives with a focus on establishing and expanding partnerships with large health systems and national and regional payers in order to secure deep partnerships and value-based contracts • This role will lead business development efforts, develop go-to-market strategies, and manage the business development team to achieve ambitious revenue and expansion goals • The VP of Growth will play a critical role in positioning our organization as the national leader in dementia care solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or growth roles within healthcare, preferably in telehealth or a start-up environment • Proven track record of securing partnerships with large health systems and payers, and experience with value-based contracting • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including payer dynamics, health systems, and value-based care models • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive high performance • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment • Ability to thrive in a dynamic start-up culture with a focus on innovation and adaptability
