• Influence and execute a comprehensive compensation strategy. • Manage compensation benchmarking and survey strategy. • Lead analysis on the best survey to use for benchmarking. • Communicate compensation philosophy and policies effectively to employees.

Requirements

• Serve as a trusted advisor to People team on compensation matters. • Monitor trends, best practices, and regulatory changes. • Lead the design and administration of salary structures. • Evaluate and benchmark jobs to ensure competitive positioning. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation regulations. • Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate risks.
