Requirements

β€’ Serve as a trusted advisor to People team on compensation matters. β€’ Monitor trends, best practices, and regulatory changes. β€’ Lead the design and administration of salary structures. β€’ Evaluate and benchmark jobs to ensure competitive positioning. β€’ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation regulations. β€’ Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate risks.
