• Handle day-to-day Client Service requirements on an assigned book of business •Participate in renewal strategy and manage renewal book of business • Primary recipient of daily questions or changes from clients • Process audits and handle contract reviews • Claims management and client accounting responsibilities • Engage in corporate citizenship initiatives
Requirements
• 2+ Years of experience in a Property & Casualty brokerage environment • Knowledge of Property & Casualty business • Ability to follow process and procedures guidance • Analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to display tact and poise under pressure when working through issues • Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • Ability to work efficiently in teams • Hold, or willing to obtain, Insurance licenses as required by the Company
