Description

• The Account Manager acts as the primary contact for customers in assigned territories. • Responsibilities include driving renewals and related upsell, cross-sell opportunities. • Facilitates and maintains successful customer relationships and measures success by satisfaction levels and increased recurring revenue.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of previous inside sales experience, customer success roles, or business development roles in IT. • Consistent achievement of 100%+ on assigned quotas or MBOs. • Business Intelligence or Statistical Analytics experience is a plus.
