• Develop and execute a comprehensive client experience strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives. • Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. • Lead and mentor a team of client service professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. • Identify and implement process enhancements to improve client interactions and service delivery. • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure client satisfaction, drive improvements, and enhance revenue through filling whitespace. • Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure a seamless client experience. • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, incorporating innovative approaches to enhance the client experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of experience leading client service within the employee benefits industry. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful client experience strategies. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership. • Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
