• Serve as Team Lead on a $1.5M book of business consisting of large real estate accounts. • Engage with clients, create proposals/presentations, and prioritize daily requests. • Assist in Real Estate Program negotiations, data manipulation in excel, and thorough technical review of all program quotes/policies. • Establish and develop new carrier relationships. • Work with the Philadelphia team on new business submissions, reviewing quotes, proposals, and presentations. • Underwrite and review new business in RE program at peak times of the year. • Assist in RE renewal (quoting and renewing in Data base).
• 5 years+ Commercial Lines client management experience • Valid P&C brokers’ license • College degree preferred • Industry specific designations preferred- CISR, ARM or similar • Proficient in insurance agency management systems, AMS 360 and Work Smart preferred • Extensive knowledge of Commercial Lines underwriting, coverage, rate analysis/procedures & experience reporting • Ability to clearly articulate these products/plans to clients and underwriters, including compliance and legislative information • Understanding of marketplace trends and best practices to best meet client needs
