📋 Description

• Advertising sales expert with a passion for digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the DOOH space & maintain existing relationships • Create compelling and customized sales proposals & presentations • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the DOOH industry • Analyze competitors and market conditions to inform sales strategies • Maintain a deep understanding of Rockbot’s product offerings, esp in the DOOH space • Oversee implementation and execution of advertising campaigns, delivery, & performance • Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with regular reports and insights • Use data and analytics to optimize campaign effectiveness and client ROI • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients & ensure accurate, mutually beneficial agreements adhering to company policies • Work w/ marketing, product, and ops teams to align sales strategies with company goals • Provide feedback to internal teams to improve product offerings & customer experience • Assist clients with the onboarding process & training • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads • Develop partnerships and alliances to expand Rockbot’s market presence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent • 5+ years of experience in advertising sales, preferably within the DOOH or digital advertising space • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth • Excellent relationship-building and client management skills • Ability to deliver persuasive presentations and proposals • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights • Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure campaign performance • Understanding of DOOH technologies and platforms • Familiarity with digital advertising metrics and standards • Creative problem solver with the ability to address client challenges • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross functional internal and external stakeholders • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to sales • Strong networking skills with the ability to generate leads and develop business partnerships
