📋 Description
• The Senior Account Manager plays an important role including day-to-day account management responsibilities • Guidance for the other account managers • Ongoing development of the Account Management and Client Experience team processes and procedures • A successful individual in this role will take a “lead from the front” mentality by managing a number of client accounts directly • Mentoring/supporting members of the Account Management team • Foster cross-team collaboration by working closely with Team Leads and Lead Project Managers
🎯 Requirements
• 4 - 6 years client service/account management experience in an agency setting • 4 - 6 years of experience with SEO, SEM, and/or Social Media strategies • Ability to understand complex client deliverables and confidently present them to clients • Ability to quickly learn and execute Rocket55 processes with strong a strong understanding of how other teams and departments operate • Excellent listener and note taker • Solid verbal/written communication skills • Collaborative leader • Extremely detailed oriented and organized • Strong business acumen • Willingness to take on any task with enthusiasm • Fast learner and accepting of constructive criticism • Ability to work cohesively with clients and subject matter experts • Comfortable with a fast-paced and evolving environment • Problem-solving attitude with a consistent pursuit of results
