β€’ Creating incredible automotive customer experiences by unifying people, technology and marketing. β€’ Manage and develop strong, long-term partnerships with vehicle converters, ensuring excellent customer service and maximising sales volume and profit. β€’ Achieve and exceed annual sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate vehicle supply agreements with both existing and new converters. β€’ Leverage your knowledge of Stellantis products and conversions to guide and support converters, ensuring technical validation and quality assurance. β€’ Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure successful delivery of vehicles.

Requirements

β€’ Proven track record in automotive fleet sales, ideally within the UK market. β€’ In-depth understanding of the vehicle conversion market and technical aspects of vehicle type approval, ideally LCV conversions. β€’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships. β€’ Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. β€’ Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, with the ability to manipulate data sets and report to key stakeholders. β€’ Full UK driving license and willingness to travel nationwide.
