β€’ RPM Healthcare is a leader in remote patient monitoring (RPM) solutions. β€’ Seeking a highly motivated Business Development Director (BDD). β€’ Focus on driving growth by prospecting and securing new business from independent practices, medical groups, and hospital systems. β€’ Your primary focus will be on prospecting and developing relationships with healthcare groups across the U.S. β€’ Identify and engage potential clients using sales tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn. β€’ Serve as a "sales lead" and guide prospects through the sales process.

Requirements

β€’ Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry , ideally with a focus on remote patient monitoring or related technologies. β€’ Established network of contacts within the healthcare sector, including relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. β€’ Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead meetings and engage with stakeholders at all levels. β€’ In-depth understanding of remote patient monitoring solutions, healthcare systems, and industry trends. β€’ Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences. β€’ Highly motivated and proactive, with a strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
