📋 Description

• RQM+ is the leading MedTech service provider with the world’s largest global team of regulatory and quality experts. • Building upon 40 years of regulatory expertise, we also provide comprehensive clinical trial, lab and reimbursement services. • The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for growing the sales pipeline and generating revenue by nurturing and converting inbound leads and proactively reaching out to potential clients through outbound calls and emails. • This position works collaboratively with Business Development, Marketing, and Proposals and is focused on building and maintaining customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing suitable solutions to meet those needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 0-2 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or sales, preferably in the medical device, life science, healthcare, or related industry. • Self-starter • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong customer service and an ability to understand client needs. • Strong computer skills, including experience with data management and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Discretion and commitment to maintaining confidential information. • Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach. • Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency. • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with co-workers, management, and external clients. • Detail-oriented and organized with strong analytical and time management skills. • A flexible and positive “can do” approach to delivering results.
