• Accountable for RTX ServiceNow platform including license management, development, maintenance and testing. • Manage ITSM & HRSD processes, IT service management, demand intake, prioritization and delivery. • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities and implement solutions. • Contribute to enterprise-wide digital strategy execution ensuring alignment with business goals. • Provide technical leadership to a team of 70+ developers and architects for project milestones. • Ensure solutions are fit for purpose, in alignment with best practices using Agile principles. • Enable effective Tier 0 support to improve digital KPIs and platform effectiveness. • Research and build business cases for adopting latest digital tools for improved experience. • Drive proactive upgrades, maintenance and enhancements to platform for employee access. • Manage digital assets and enable disaster recovery for all digital technology. • Co-Lead unified employee portal design for digital, HR and finance needs. • Communicate regularly with senior leadership and stakeholders regarding software capabilities.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with employee/customer experience. • Current certified ServiceNow System Administrator, preferably with ITIL process knowledge. • Minimum 14 years’ experience related to Agile leadership in shared service environment. • Minimum 8 years’ experience managing ServiceNow Platform. • U.S. citizenship required to access financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
