📋 Description

• RxBenefits is hiring Account Managers to serve Hospital and tribal entity markets. • Directly supports broker consultants and clients, achieving client satisfaction and retention. • Requires extensive knowledge of the PBM industry and in-house pharmacy landscape. • Willingness to travel up to 20%.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree is required. • 3+ years in an Account Manager or Implementation Specialist role with experience in a related industry (PBM, pharmacy, hospital/healthcare.) • Professional experience supporting hospital personnel and in-house pharmacies. • High level performance with a designated partner (SAE). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote. • Thorough knowledge of Employee Benefits insurance. • Displays excellent oral and written communication skills. • Exhibits strong analytical and critical thinking skills. • Has strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment. • Possesses the ability to read, analyze and interpret industry policies and contract documents. • Must be self-motivated and excel while working independently with limited supervision or within a group or team.
