• Director of Business Development responsible for managing territory by selling into pharmaceutical companies and CROs • Build and manage sales pipeline from prospecting to closing business • Business collaboration and team sales focused • Present solutions via web meetings and effectively liaise with prospects
🎯 Requirements
• Located in Central Europe • 5-10 years of direct sales experience with proven achievement of sales targets • Track record of successfully selling enterprise software solutions (preferably SaaS) • Previous experience selling into the pharmaceutical and CRO industry preferred • Experience with selling Pharmacovigilance and Drug Safety Software • Experience presenting online to a variety of clients, including senior level executives • Ability to articulate a business case to executives • Willingness to travel up to 30-40% of the time • Customer-oriented background required (sales, support, customer service) • Qualities of cooperation, adaptability, and maintaining a positive attitude • Strong interest in technology and ability to explain complicated ideas to non-technical audience
