Description

• Responsible for daily client interaction with 200-225 Ryder National Account locations • Primary point of contact for management of locations • Ensure customer support services deliver according to SLA • Maintain branch-level customer relationships • Provide customer support and coordinate issue resolution • Document detailed notes related to account activities in Salesforce.com • Educate customers and promote Ryder products/services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience required • Three (3) years or more experience in successful Account Management or Customer Service experience • Maintains a high degree of professionalism • Demonstrated sales aptitude, assertiveness, persistence and self-motivation • Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to analyze and solve problems • Ability to listen, write, and speak effectively • Ability to build strong customer relationships • Excellent customer persuasion skills • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment • Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills • Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook; advanced level • Transportation and logistics industry knowledge helpful, but not required; intermediate level; preferred • Proficiency in CRM - Salesforce.com; advanced level; preferred
