• Who We Are RYNO Strategic Solutions is an innovative, full-service Internet marketing company with 250+ RYNOs offering exceptional internet marketing services since 2008. • Our Mission We Exist to Grow Your Business...PERIOD. • Summary of Position We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Management Operations Coordinator to join our Account Management Operations team. • Position Responsibilities • Administrative Support: Assist Account Management Department & Director of Account Management Operations in day-to-day operation tasks • Reporting and Analysis: Design & upkeep custom reports on account activity, performance, and client engagement metrics for internal review • Cross-Department Collaboration: Liaise with internal departments to ensure alignment and smooth delivery of services to clients. • Client Account Maintenance: Help manage and update client accounts in internal systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a support role, preferably within Account Management, Operations, or Customer Service • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams) & Zoom • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to listen well, understand client and/or Account Management department team needs and priorities, and translate them clearly internally • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload, manage time effectively and meet deadlines • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data information and reports • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset to address operational challenges • Strong work ethic and a "do whatever it takes to get the job done" attitude • Proven ability to build strong relationships • Make intentional decisions quickly while using critical thinking • Team player with the highest level of integrity
