• Responsible for overall commercial strategy, execution, and clinical performance of Saluda's Evoke™ therapy across assigned geography: • Oversee high achieving teams with success across entire region. • Design territory and pricing strategies. • Provide coaching to grow and develop sales reps, develop action plans to help improve performance where needed. • Manage and monitor regional sales expense budget.
• Bachelor’s Degree • Minimum of five (5) years of medical device sales experience and minimum three (3) years medical device sales leadership experience • Medical device startup experience with documented success • SCS, Pain Management, Ortho, Spine or O.R. market expertise. • Goal setting and implementation skills demonstrated by a clear record of accomplishments in prior personal and professional pursuits.
