Description

• Driving revenue growth by engaging schools and districts throughout your territory. • Generate leads by connecting with schools and districts across Pennsylvania and New Jersey, exploring new opportunities and nurturing existing relationships. • Assess leads based on their budget, decision-making authority, needs, and timeline to ensure a smooth sales process. • Meet and exceed revenue targets, acquiring new school customers while benefiting from uncapped commission potential. • Confidently pitch and close deals virtually and in-person, engaging key decision-makers at both the school and district levels. • Optimize the sales process through diligent pipeline management, activity tracking, and forecasting, ensuring consistent progress toward targets. • Share insights and successes with the broader team, contributing to our collective knowledge and improving our sales strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the K12 education or EdTech industry, with a proven track record of success. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to clearly articulate the value of our products to educators and administrators. Ability to sell in person, and over phone/video is required. • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Experience as an educator or in a similar role within the education sector is a plus.
